AAI Marketplace Subscription Plans

At the core of the AAI Marketplace - thereafter as "AAI" service is our subscription plans which are in three tiers. Connector, Automator, and Scaler Plans. Each plan level unlocks additional features to help Level Up your business. Before you can utilize the additional services shown below, you must have an active subscription and account with us.

Additional Services

In addition to your AAI's Subscription plan, you can decide to opt into additional AAI services which will further unlock the true power of our Platform. For example, instead of having to build and maintain your own phone system (not an easy task), you can opt into our LC Phone System. We've done all of the hard work for you.

When you opt into any of these services, you begin preloading a "Wallet." Which is required in order to use many of our additional services.

What is a Customer Wallet?

When Customer opts into any of these additional services outlined below (such as LC Phone, Email, or AI), you begin a "Customer Wallet." "Customer Wallet" holds credits that are deducted from when you use an Additional Service listed below (such as LC Phone, Email, or AI). To load credits into your wallet, AAI charges Customer card on file. Wallet charges occur when wallet balances drop below a minimum amount.

Minimum wallet amount thresholds and wallet recharge amounts can be adjusted anytime from within Customer Account.

LC Phone System

What is LC Phone System?

LeadConnector (LC) Phone System eliminates the need for using a third-party telephony provider in order to send/receive an SMS/call in the CRM.

*LC Phone System is available on all plan levels.

The pricing for LC Phone System is the same amount as Twilio. All the prices shown for LC Phone features are listed in USD.

Pricing varies between regions and products for this reason we will be providing basic info and pricing for all the top-used product categories based on US/Canada pricing. LC Phone Pricing Structure as below:

1. Phone Numbers

All the phone numbers are charged monthly based on the number types. Below is the list of pricing for different number types available in the US/Canada:

Local Numbers: $1.15 / month

Toll-Free Numbers: $2.15 / month

For all the other countries, the pricing will also be based on Twilio's pricing.

2. Messaging Service - SMS

The SMS pricing is based on the number of segments a message has, the pricing in US/Canada is as follows:

Outbound SMS: $0.0079 / segment

Inbound SMS: $0.0083 / segment (US) & $0.0079 / segment (Canada)

This pricing is both for the local and toll-free numbers. For all the other countries, the pricing will also be based on Twilio's pricing.

3. Messaging Service - MMS

The MMS pricing is based on the number of segments a message comprising of, the pricing for US/Canada is as follows:

Outbound SMS: $ 0.0200 / segment (From local and toll-free numbers)

Inbound SMS: $ 0.0100 / segment (To local numbers, $0.0200 to toll-free numbers)

For all the other countries, the pricing will also be based on Twilio's pricing.

4. Voice Calls

The Voice calls pricing is based on the duration of the call in minutes, the pricing for the US/Canada is as follows:

Outbound Call: $0.0140 / minute (From local and toll-free numbers)

Inbound Call: $0.0085 / minute (To local numbers, $0.0220 to toll-free numbers)

The voice calls to Alaska and Yukon Territory will not be charged based on the above prices. For all the other countries, the pricing will also be based on Twilio's pricing.

Note: The outbound calls have 2 legs so the actual cost of an outbound call will be $0.0180 ($0.014 for Outbound call + $0.004 for Client Minutes)

5. Number Intelligence

Number Intelligence is a bundle of three functions. All three are turned on/off together, refer to Number Intelligence - Number Validation, Spam Detection, and Unknown Caller

Number Validation ($0.005/call): before sending an SMS, check if the number is valid, if invalid do not send the SMS.

Spam Detection ($0.005/test): when receiving an incoming US call, test it for spam, mark is "spam likely" if it fails the test.

Name Lookup ($0.01/lookup): when receiving an incoming US call, if the number is not on a contact or the contact name is empty, look up the caller's name

This is for the call flow, we have both outbound and inbound in a conference so those are for the global conference charges.

Carrier Charges

SMS carrier fees are charges that are applied by the recipients carrier to the sender, These charges + SMS charge is the total cost to send an SMS. Some carriers charge fees on long code SMS (messages sent from a 10-digit US/Canada number). Other carriers only charge fees for SMS sent from a Short code number

There are additional carrier fees per message that are automatically applied based on the end-user's destination and carrier.

LC Email System

What is LC Email System?

LeadConnector (LC) Email is designed to help Customers avoid the hassle of signing up for Mailgun or any 3rd party email service provider. With LC - Email, sending & receiving email works right out of the box. LC Email System is available on all plan levels.

  1. 1. LC Email System Pricing

We charge $0.675/1000 emails for all the plans at a lower cost than most major SMTP providers compared to $0.80/1000 with MailGun.

  1. 2. LC Email Verification Pricing

We charge $2.5 for 1000 Email Verification for all the plans at a lower cost than most major providers compared to $12/1000 with MailGun, which is 79% Cheaper.

  1. 3. Dedicated IP Address Pricing

We charge $79/mo per dedicated domain.

Ramp-Up Model:

- Every new Customer account on the LC Email System will follow the "Ramp Up Model."

- The reason for utilizing this approach is to build the reputation of a sending domain gradually so your emails will be much more likely to avoid spam filters.

- The email limits are multiplied each day by the number of days (until the 8th day) the Account has been active.

Starting the 8th day:

*Accounts with a Shared Domain will have a limit set to 15,000 emails per day.

*Accounts with a Dedicated Domain will have a limit set to 450,000 emails per day.

Please Note:

The daily counter resets every day at midnight 00:00:01 AM UTC. If the limit is reached before the rest time, the account is locked for the rest of the period.

Workflow Premium Triggers & Actions

What are Premium Triggers & Actions?

Workflows are made up of triggers (1) and actions (2); initiate the workflow with one or more triggers, then execute one or more actions. All triggers and actions have unlimited executions.

Premium Triggers & Actions Pricing

Some triggers and actions are "premium" (3), meaning their execution has a small usage cost of $0.01 per execution (1/4th the cost of the Zapier base plan). Your Agency is not charged for free triggers and actions. Your Agency is charged for premium triggers and actions in all subaccounts beneath your Agency account.

Your Agency can also rebill the cost of premium triggers and actions to offset the cost or to earn a profit margin you set.

Some premium Workflow actions—such as ChatGPT—have different pricing. GPT-3.5 Turbo costs $0.015 per execution, and GPT-4 Turbo costs $0.03 per execution, after the first 100 free executions per month.

Workflow Pro Plan

What is Workflow Pro Plan?

The Workflow Pro Plan is a subscription bundle of prepaid premium trigger and actions executions. A subaccount can subscribe to get 10,000 executions at a predictable fixed price.

Workflow Pro Plan Pricing

The Workflow Pro Plan is 10,000 Premium Triggers & Actions for $10/mo. After 10,000 executions in a month each execution is $0.01/execution (the normal price). If you use all 10,000 executions it is $0.001/execution. The normal $0.01 price is already 75% cheaper than Zapier so with the Workflow Pro Plan the first 10,000 executions are 97% cheaper than Zapier.

What is AI Employee?

The AI Employee is a suite of features that includes:

1. Voice AI (phone AI Agents)

2. Conversation AI (text AI Agents)

3. Reviews AI (automatically responds to reviews)

4. Funnel & Website AI (helps build funnels and websites)

5. Content AI (helps create text and image content)

6. Workflow AI Assistant (helps build workflows)

AI Employee Pricing:

There are two pricing modes for AI Employee: per unit and unlimited.

WhatsApp

What is WhatsApp?

WhatApp is a messaging platform used by many to communicate. Now is ready to allow you and your users the ability to unlock this popular messaging platform to grow and manage your business!

WhatsApp Pricing

The AAI Price is $29/mo per Account to use the service. In addition to this, Conversation and Template prices are charged based on usage. As usual with WhatsApp, prices vary by country and use case.

Conversation Based Pricing

We charge per conversation, not per individual message.

Conversations are 24-hour message threads between you and your customers. They are opened and charged when messages you send to customers are delivered. The criteria that determine when a conversation is opened and how it is categorized are explained below.

Each WhatsApp Business Account gets 1,000 free service conversations per month across all business phone numbers. Marketing, utility, and authentication conversations are not included in the free tier.

Conversations are categorized into one of the following categories:

Marketing: Used for promotions, new product announcements, and retargeting.

Utility: Used for order updates, delivery confirmations, account updates, and surveys.

Authentication: Used for verifying users with one-time passcodes.

Service: Used for resolving customer inquiries.

A free entry point conversation is initiated when a customer messages you via a Click to WhatsApp Ad or Facebook Page Call-to-Action button and you respond within 24 hours. It lasts for 72 hours and allows sending any type of message without additional charges.

Rates vary based on conversation category and country/region rate. You can refer the rate card below [bottom of this] that corresponds to your WhatsApp Business Account's currency to see our rates by country/region for each conversation category.

These rates apply for any conversation opened on or after June 1, 2023 at 12:00 AM, based on WhatsApp Business Account time zone.

Remark: The rates below file EXCLUDED a 5% Stripe payment processing fee charged to AAI. This explains any difference you might notice compared to the rates listed on Meta. AAI will further charge additional 5% mark-up as finally rates from below to Customer. Customer can check the respective charged amount in unit rate per transaction in "Settings Tab >Billing >Transactions >WhatsApp Conversation" for details.

Important Remarks:

[ 1 ] All the above Additional Services' usage rates are imply a 5% Stripe payment processing fee will be charged by AAI Marketplace unless other payment term is specified.

[ 2 ] All the above pricing are subjected to terms and conditions, and AAI Marketplace reserved all the rights and final offer approval subjected to time to time changes & updates.
